Re: Your favourite The Smihs/Morrissey Song
When Morrissey released the album 'World Peace is None of Your Business' a few years ago, I thought that was the beginning of the end. A terrible album. But 'Low in High School' was a return to form and has some excellent stand out tracks. His latest cover of The Pretenders' 'Back on the Chain Gang' is also excellent, so perhaps he's not quite done yet.

Honestly I've hated every single one I've ever heard except Last of the Famous International Playboys.

Probably not the thread to post this opinion on, but I think Morrissey is a grade A cunt.

Re: Your favourite The Smihs/Morrissey Song
How Soon is Now, by TATU a classic example of a cover version that is far better than the original. mainly because it doesn't have his awful whiney voice on it

Re: Your favourite The Smihs/Morrissey Song
Probably Asleep for the Smiths. Never thought if it as a funeral song, but it’d be a good one. It’s sorta chilling.

Maybe Every Day is like Sunday for Morrissey.
